Farewell Dinner

Tonight we are having a farewell dinner especially for our colleague Mathew. He's going to transfer to Eon Bank Sri Aman Branch which located quite far from Sarikei here that took nearly 3 hours driving. This dinner had planned since last Monday and we arranged our dinner at KingWood Hotel, Sibu. The food menu is chosen by our Branch Manager, Mr Lim and guess how much is that cost for a table. Is RM510 per table including the soft drinks and karaoke. Oh WOW~ So high paid of course got high service and good food. Our reservation started at 6:30pm and ended up nearly at 12am. Oh my~ We drank lots of beer, Jack Daniel and tequila. We enjoyed very much during the dinner especially the food.

14 months

LJ's 14 months

  1. I can't take a still picture in the same place anymore even though I tried which resulted in me sweating and you unhappy. It really wasn't a pretty picture. I'm sorry sometimes I think you should just do what I want instead of letting you be you!
  2. You seem to really like dogs. You are always pointing at them and love them licking you. You enjoyed it very much but after that I really need to take you a bath. Haha.. I can't stand it.
  3. You waving to say hi and bye whenever we hug you (you thought that we'll take you out to town or to your grandma's house)
  4. You are a full time walker! You haven't crawled at all in more than a week! You get better every day! You can move so fast. I can turn my head and lose you some days!
  5. You love traveling and have traveled to Chengdu, China (Dec 09) and Bali, Indonesia (Mac 10) that make us wanna take you wherever we want to travel cause we are heavy hearted to leave you at home. At the meantime, you've been so good boy for the entire journey and that makes you learn more and communicate with others frequently. So next trip will be Hainan, China (June 10) and Macau-HongKong (Dec 10).
  6. You learn how to say 'thank you' in chinese language (xie xie) whenever you give or take something from people. I'm glad to hear that cause manner is very important to me and I hope you'll understand it sooner or later.
  7. You don't take the afternoon nap and you play so hard these few days. You just took morning nap for an hour and played whole day until 7pm. Then you'll take a nice night sleep until the next day. Blessed you~
  8. You loved to eat noodles rather than rice. I'm not so sure why but when I think back maybe since I had you in my tummy I always eat noodles and this make you too love noodles for sure. Ha..
You are such a happy baby and such a loving baby!

Every night I love to just hold you while you put your little head on my chest. I try to savor every minute because I know in an instant - you'll be too big to fit in my arms and you won't want to be held anymore anyway.

Lovely Day

What are we doing today?? Hmm... While mummy facebooking and daddy sleeping, you enjoyed playing with the sole-tape. At first you just rolled it but when you get bored of it, mummy figure something about it. Mummy help you to wrap it on your body because it's sticky (You know what I mean). So let's play some game, can we??
Firstly, mummy tear it until small long sole-tape and stick it on LJ's face and hands.

LJ feel uncomfortable with the sole-tape on him. He tried to figure it how to solve his problem
Busy busy busy...
Ta da... He managed to pulled it out... Clever him...
Rubbed it and throw it away...
But still he can't figure it out how to solve his face problem.
Doesn't he looks like a soldier?? A junior soldier of our family
At last, he still can give you all a BIG SMILE

LJ knows how to open...

his bottle...

This bottle had been bought at Sungei Wang, Kuala Lumpur in Giant Supermarket since we went traveling to Bali, Indonesia that cost only RM5.90. We bought it just hoping that he can drink lots of water cause we knew that he won't drink his plain water using his milk bottle. So what can we do??

By the power of this bottle, finally LJ LOVES it at his first sight. He always keep it with him and always drink it whenever he gets exhausted cause Bali is damn so HOT at our time. So our worries had been gone and this bottle is perfect to him.

So to love more of his bottle he needs to know how to open it by himself without any of you to help him. And here it goes...

4th Day in Bali...

As usual we had a morning call at 7am and having our breakfast at 7:30am. We have a nicest sleep last night cause with a good room and good environment, better than the Losari Hotel that we stayed on the first and second night. In front of our room is a BIG swimming pool. Too bad I didn't take any swimming suit on me. Haih! But never mind.. Still got lots of chances..

Our morning walk after having our breakfast. Way to our room..

Then we went to Lake Beratan, a dead lake, to take a picture of their famous place that printed on their Rupiah Currency. This place have the prettiest view of all and I love to watch the cloud like falling down. But the weather is not quite good cause got raining but still we managed to take a picture whenever the rain stop. Lucky us~

LJ in the bus

Then we having our lunch at the local restaurant (buffet style). This lunch is quite suits with our appetite and we enjoyed it very much..

Did you see the paddy field?? We are at the TOP and you can see how deep or tall where we are..The view out of our restaurant

After that we went to Ulun Danu Temple. Did you realized that every each of our journey will visit the temple?? Yeap~ You're right. Bali here got lots of temple cause most of them are Hindus and Buddhist. To see their culture, we need to visit lots of temple with different of style they praise and worship.
We continue our journey to Bedugul, Tanah Lot Temple whereby people praise and worship the God Of Sea. This is the nicest view that I had see for this entire journey as you can also see the sunset and enjoyed our dinner at there too.

Oh my~ What can I say.. Isn't it beautiful??Love it, Love it, Love it...Group photo

3rd Day in Bali...

We had morning call at 7am and having our breakfast at 7:30am. Our breakfast is as usual, buffet style and the environment is very nice. Beside our hotel lobby is a swimming pool. COOL, right?? Today the weather is very HOT and hopefully there is no rain in our entire journey. Hehe..

After breakfast we went to Celuk Village, Art Gallery, Tegalalang Rice Terrace. The journey nearly took 2 hours to Celuk Village and LJ sleeps in the bus for the whole trip. So nice of him..

Arrive at Celuk Village where our 2 buses park at the parking lot and we all busy wearing 'sarong' cause we all are going to visit the BIGGEST Temple in Bali.
Hubby with our 2 funny fat tour guides. They both are very friendly..

On our way to the temple.
Group photo

We having our lunch at the local restaurant whereby we eat their local food. Kindda weird. I mean their smell and food that we really don't get use of it... But what to do.. we still need to fulfill our stomach. If not we'll be very hungry..

Our local restaurant called Padi Prada cause back of this restaurant you can see the beautiful harmony view of the paddy field that they plant. Really nice...

After that we went to Monkey forest where there got lots lots of monkey with lots lots of different characteristics. You better don't feed them. And if you do, lots of monkey will follow you at the back and disturb whatever you have or take. Dangerous too.. So BEWARE of it..

Then we went to Ubud Art Market whereby lots of souvenirs, bags, shirts, sarung, bla bla bla.. to buy and whatever you want to buy you can find it at here. The market is very HUGE, BIG and lots of mini shop inside and the walking area is small straight road (just can walk by your own). We enjoyed it very much but as the weather is too hot we (hubby, LJ and I) went back to our bus to take a rest. So hear from us tomorrow.
