Today we are having a training in our branch named Service & Grooming - Up Our Service. Attendance is compulsory and no EXCUSE for that. We started our course at 8:45am and of course we need to be there earlier especially our Assistant Branch Manager (ABM), Mr Wong reported his duty at 7:30am due to our handsome trainer to prepared and get ready to educated us. Introducing our trainer named Bernad Lee who are cute and handsome plus funny guy. His character makes every each of us did not felt boring and waste all our precious weekend in the bank. We do a lots of warming up such as dancing, singing, playing games, quiz, watching some videos and much more. Really INTERESTING and I can guaranteed that every one of us love him too. Ha~ We really spent so much time together and we realized that TEAMWORK is very important than any others. Happy things really had an end. Oh well, we ended our course at around 6:30pm.
